Exchanges and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at newheystores. If you are not completely happy with an item, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer support team. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item(s), exchanges will be processed promptly. Replacement items will be shipped after approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our refund terms.
